Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice

The internship registration fee paid to Magix Marketing Solutions is strictly non-refundable. By completing your application and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

The registration fee collected at the time of application is a one-time, processing and administrative fee. This fee covers:

No refund will be issued once payment is completed, regardless of the reason including but not limited to: change of mind, academic schedule conflicts, personal emergencies, or failure to complete the programme.

2. Cancellation by Intern

If an intern chooses to withdraw from the programme after registration, no refund shall be processed. The registered slot will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation by Magix

In the rare event that Magix Marketing Solutions cancels a programme session due to unforeseen operational reasons, registered interns will be offered a credit or rescheduling to the next available batch. A refund may be considered at Magix's sole discretion in exceptional cases.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe your payment was processed in error or you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours at info@magixmarketing.in with your payment reference. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

5. Razorpay & UPI Transactions

Payments made via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or direct UPI transfer are subject to Razorpay's merchant terms. In case of failed transactions where amount is debited, please allow 5–7 business days for auto-reversal by your bank. Contact us at info@magixmarketing.in if reversal does not occur.
