By applying for and enrolling in the Magix Marketing Solutions Internship Programme, you ("the Intern") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from applying.
The programme is open to students and recent graduates aged 16–45 with a valid Aadhar card and a permission letter from their educational institution. Magix reserves the right to decline any applicant at its sole discretion.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is charged at the time of application as notified on the website. This fee covers administrative costs, mentorship, certification, and LinkedIn verification. No refund will be issued under any circumstance, including early withdrawal, academic constraints, or personal emergencies. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Interns are expected to participate actively, submit weekly tasks, attend scheduled sessions, and maintain a professional conduct throughout the programme duration (1–6 months as selected at the time of application). Magix reserves the right to terminate the internship without a refund in case of misconduct, plagiarism, or inactivity.
Certificates, Acceptance Letters, and Letters of Recommendation are issued solely at Magix's discretion upon satisfactory completion of programme requirements. LinkedIn verification is provided post-completion and approval.
All work product created during the internship remains the intellectual property of Magix Marketing Solutions. Interns may use such work in their portfolio with prior written consent from Magix.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
